OUR SERVICES:  WellWebs provides web development, web design, WordPress development, eCommerce solutions, UI/UX design, and related digital services. All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope, timeline, and requirements shared with the client before starting the work.

PAYMENT TERMS: We accept multiple payment methods including PayPal, Wise, Ria, Western Union, and Payoneer. 40% advance payment is required before starting any project. | The remaining 60% payment is due upon project completion. | Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension.

REVISIONS & MODIFICATIONS:  We offer 5 rounds of revisions for each project to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges depending on the scope of changes.

REFUND POLICY:  We aim to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations. Refunds are considered only in special cases where work has not been started or agreed deliverables cannot be fulfilled. In case of dissatisfaction after project completion, we may offer revisions or partial resolution instead of a full refund. Any refund approval is subject to review and mutual agreement.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:  Clients are responsible for providing complete project requirements, content, and necessary materials on time. Delays in communication or content delivery may affect project timelines.

CHANGES OF TERM: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client violates any terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to make payments.
